Hollie Trenary is the Operations Manager at Cedar Rapids Public Library in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Her career spans 15 years and includes experience with library automation software, project management, lean, as well as strategic and organizational planning. In addition to her work at the library, Hollie is also a very active community volunteer, wife, and mother of two children. She is passionate about planning and building culture through structure in an organization.
